💡 General Tipping Etiquette
Most waiters, travel guides and house maids make very meager salaries in Honduras. Thus, tips are usually a very important part of their regular income. Best is to tip in cash.
🍽️ Restaurants
10 % is often added, but not mandatory to pay. This is divided among all workers, so if you want your waiter to get more, you can add 5-10% on top of the 10 % of the bill.
