Tipping is expected in Cuba, especially from tourists.

10 % in “higher end”- places, nothing in Snack bars

If the price is fixed, a tip isn’t necessary as you can assume you’re being overpriced. Otherwise rounding up the fare is appreciated.

2-3 $ per transfer for bellhops and per day for maids

In a big group 2-3 $ per person is ok, for a private group adding 10 $ isn’t wrong.
